CTA Initiative Rehashed
To: Navy of Xoc,
The Directors as a whole have some together and decided our Participation in CTA's isnt Good enough. With that I agree, and asked them to brain storm a solution.
Their answer was simple, if your online and not in the Fleet when CTA starts you will be Fined.
First Time Offense:
50mil
Second Time Offense:
100mil
Third Time Offense:
Expulsion.
Additions:
if you are unable to attend do to prior engagement during the op you are forgiven once per month.
If you log off at the start of the op and log in at the end that is an offense.
If your on an alt and a Main and have one in fleet not the other please make the Leadership aware immediately.
If you See a CTA Posted on Forums and not mailed in Alliance/corp Send a Mail out to corp with date Time and Ships required, This will earn you one strike off.
Also, Pilots Who continually Miss CTA's Without a known Reason, will be contacted by Directors and Asked why the absences, and lack of Involvement.
We are Being Tracked by the alliance as are all the other corps, lack of participation in CTA's results in Fines and if its consistently Bad Expulsion. I will not stand for either of those personally, and neither will the directors.
It was Required that upon joining Nox you as the Pilot had 1 PVP capable pilot and that, he/she was in geminate and ready to PVP. We still do stand for RL>Eve But we need to make sure we continue to earn our place in this alliance. As more High end moons are found and taken they will be handed out to the most active of the corps. Those moons mean, Corp Cap ships for use, Corp assisted Purchases, Better Production, And so much more.
If you are not Pvp Capable, please make myself aware and we will discuss what you offer the corp in other aspects.
